The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, and precision GNSS applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount package. The device includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, delivers ±15 ppb/°C typical frequency slope, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs with 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages. This variant is configured as a TCXO with output enable (OE) control, a 3.3 V supply, and factory-programmable 48 MHz output frequency.
