The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, precision GNSS, and audio/video applications. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. This part is configured as a VCTCXO with a 3.3 V supply and clipped sinewave output, integrating on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. It supports voltage control of output frequency and exhibits ±15 ppb/°C typical frequency slope. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, and resistant to shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference.
