The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for GNSS/GPS precision timing applications, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. It operates across -40°C to +105°C with frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm, features integrated on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. The device offers digital frequency tuning via I2C with a pull range up to ±3200 ppm and operates at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
