The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, wireless, industrial, and precision GNSS systems. It operates from -40°C to +105°C with an extended cold option down to -55°C and features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. This variant includes a low g-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, LVCMOS output, and a 3.3 V supply voltage. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device resists shock, vibration, and board bending. It offers No Connect (NC) on pin 1 in TCXO mode and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
