The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz, ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO with a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, designed for high-reliability applications requiring stability under vibration, shock, and temperature stress. It features acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g, operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, and an extended cold option to -55°C. The device includes on-chip power regulators, eliminating the need for an external LDO, and offers LVCMOS output with a 2.5 V supply voltage. It supports factory-programmable frequencies in 1 Hz steps and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
