The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, GNSS, and industrial systems. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and offers digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. The device includes on-chip power regulators, eliminating the need for an external LDO, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs at 3.3 V supply voltage. Acceleration sensitivity is 0.009 ppb/g. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
