The SiT5001 is a MEMS TCXO and VCTCXO offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with initial tolerance of ±1 ppm at 25°C and stability over temperature of ±5 ppm. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with LVCMOS output and optional SoftEdge™ for EMI reduction. The device supports voltage control with pull ranges of ±12.5, ±25, or ±50 ppm, operates from 1.71 to 3.63 V, and consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz. Phase jitter is specified at 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and operating temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C for industrial use. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 solderability standards, is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant, and features 2 FIT reliability.
