The SiT3921 is a digitally controlled differential oscillator (DCXO) generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with factory-programmable accuracy. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm. The device supports pull ranges up to ±1600 ppm with linearity of ≤1%, and exhibits less than 0.75 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, with start-up time of 10 ms. The oscillator supports LVPECL and LVDS output formats, with supply voltages of 2.25-2.75 V or 2.97-3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
