The SiT3907 is a high-precision digitally controlled oscillator (DCXO) with a programmable output frequency from 1 MHz to 220 MHz. It offers selectable pull ranges up to ±1600 ppm and linearity of ≤0.01%. Available in three packages: 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm (4-pin), 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm (6-pin), and 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm (6-pin). It operates from -40 °C to +85 °C with supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V. The device uses a 1-pin tri-level serial interface for frequency control and has LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible outputs. Frequency stability is ±10 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm. RMS period jitter is 1.5 to 3 ps at 20 MHz, and phase jitter is 0.6 to 1 ps. It meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards for environmental resilience and is rated MSL1.
