The SiT3541 is a ruggedized, ultra-low jitter, programmable oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 340 MHz with adjustable output via I2C or SPI. It features a 0.1 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity, 0.21 ps typical integrated phase jitter, and operates from -40°C to 105°C. The device offers LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output options with programmable swing and LVDS common mode control, and includes an integrated LDO for power supply noise rejection. It is packaged in a 10-lead QFN measuring 5.0 x 3.2 mm and is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, and halogen-free compliant.
