It supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 3.0 V power supply, and offers a ±100 ppm pull range. The device is housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad and operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise.
