The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance timing in telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It features ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It operates with a 2.8 V power supply and provides LVDS output signaling. The part integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and is engineered with DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resilience against environmental disturbances.
