The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 2.8 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±50 ppm. The device is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm surface-mount package and maintains frequency stability as low as ±25 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
