The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and features frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and typ 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device supports extended industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL options.
