It supports industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
