The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It supports LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and a ±100 ppm pull range. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and is available in 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages with a center pad. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO. Frequency stability is ±35 ppm. Output Enable functionality is supported in the 5.0 x 3.2 mm package.
