The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports multiple output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Its DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies provide immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
