The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring factory-programmable frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Operating across -40°C to 105°C, it is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
