The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. This part operates with LVPECL signaling, a 2.8 V supply, and a frequency stability of ±25 ppm. It supports a pull range of ±50 ppm and an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device features ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise.
