The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features a typ 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports LVPECL signaling with a 2.8 V supply. Pull range is ±25 ppm, and it includes an output enable function in the 5.0 x 3.2 mm package.
