The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance networking and telecom applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 3.3 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±200 ppm. The device is housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad and is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
