The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. This variant features LVDS signaling, a 3.0 V supply, and a ±100 ppm pull range with an output enable function. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
