The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecommunications, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It integrates on-chip regulators to filter power supply noise and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
