It supports LVDS signaling, operates at 2.8 V ±10%, and offers a frequency stability of ±35 ppm. The device is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package and supports a pull range of ±35 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise, eliminating the need for an external LDO. Phase jitter is 0.225 ps RMS typical over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
