The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with Ultra-low Jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It features a typical RMS phase jitter of 0.225 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HSCL signaling with pull range options up to ±3200 ppm.
