The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz ultra-low jitter differential VCXO with factory-programmable frequency, stability, and pull range. It supports LVDS signaling, operates at 3.0 V ±10%, and offers a ±100 ppm pull range. The device achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and provides frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is housed in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with a center pad. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it integrates a pull range up to ±100 ppm with an output enable function.
