The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and Industrial applications requiring precise timing in noisy environments. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 3.3 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±50 ppm. Frequency is programmable to 6 decimal places, with a typical RMS phase jitter of 0.225 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It achieves frequency stability as low as ±25 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device is housed in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package with center-pad thermal management and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
