The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features a factory-programmable frequency accurate to six decimal places, with phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
