The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance networking and telecom applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 2.8 V supply, and offers a ±100 ppm pull range. The device features frequency stability as low as ±25 ppm, ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package with an output enable function and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
