The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate need for an external LDO. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 × 5.0 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 3.2 × 2.5 mm, it provides multiple pull range options up to ±3200 ppm and output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
