The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter performance, offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and utilizes DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
