The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for enhanced immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
