The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports industrial temperature ranges up to 105°C and is available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL formats, with output enable functionality available in the 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
