The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, delivering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it features integrated power supply noise filtering and is programmable for output signaling, voltage, and pull range, including options up to ±3200 ppm. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for enhanced resistance to environmental stress.
