The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and measures 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part is factory-programmable for any frequency accurate to six decimal places, output signaling (LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL), supply voltage (2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V), and output enable functionality.
