The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and operates with 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages. The device uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for enhanced resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
