The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for industrial temperature ranges up to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports LVDS signaling and includes a ±100 ppm pull range option.
