The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO for low-jitter applications, available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, ±100 ppm pull range, and 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with operation from -40°C to 105°C. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling and integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise.
