It achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise, eliminating the need for an external LDO.
