The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating temperature ranges extend from -40°C to 105°C depending on grade, and it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
