The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO featuring ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling. The part includes an optional Output Enable function in 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
