The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, integrating DualMEMS® temperature sensing and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and accepts supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling. The part includes on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
