The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO offering ultra-low jitter with 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages measuring 7.0 × 5.0 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, or 3.2 × 2.5 mm. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. Output signaling options include LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
