The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It offers ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it features LVDS signaling, a 3.0 V supply voltage, and a pull range of ±100 ppm.
