The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm with operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and offers pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling and is programmable for frequency, voltage, and pull range to eliminate customization lead times.
