The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO engineered for low-jitter applications, available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, the device integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm with LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling.
