The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for enhanced resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It offers programmable output signaling including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part supports supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and includes an optional output enable function in the 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
