The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability and 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVDS output signaling in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package with a 2.8 V ±10% supply voltage and operates across -40°C to 95°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resistance to environmental stress. Industrial-grade variants include a 2.8 V supply and ±90 ppm pull range option.
