The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers phase jitter as low as 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability down to ±15 ppm, with pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The device operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling formats.
