The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability options as low as ±15 ppm. It supports wide pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and eliminates the need for an external LDO. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resilience against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with programmable frequency accurate to six decimal places.
